About
The historic Woodlawn Theatre — designed by the renowned theatre architect John Eberson and opened in 1945 — is the anchor of the block. The room holds up to 1,000 across floor and balcony, and upstairs the 1920 Lounge runs smaller, closer performances.
The calendar is built on stand-up: the Thursday Heckle Room series, Friday Night Lights, touring comics and themed comedy spectaculars, with tribute bands and live music through the year. There’s a full beverage menu, and the venue takes private bookings.
